On June 6 the third All-Ukrainian contest "Reporters of Hope in Ukraine" was opened in Ukraine. This is a contest for the best article, reportage or program which is an "information-carrier of solutions," which means it presents important issues of modern society and gives them specific answers and shows ways to solve problems.

It was organied by the Institute of Ecumenical Studies of the Ukrainian Catholic University with the support of the French association "Reporters of Hope". The contest was created like a similar project in France (www.reportersdespoirs.ua), and in Ukraine it was held for the third time.

To be accepted in the contest materials had to contain "information-carrier of solutions" and be published, announced, shown in any Ukrainian media (in Ukrainian or Russian) and also placed in the electronic media in the period from June 6, 2012 by June 7, 2013.

Determination of the best works will be in four categories: "Society", "Economy", "Culture", and "Religion". Materials` application deadline is June 7, 2013.

The awards ceremony for the winners will take place immediately after their announcement by members of a jury (during the Sixth Ecumenical Social Week in October 2013).
